This service includes a top to bottom dusting and/or wipe-down of all surfaces, from the tops of the door-frames and ceiling fans, down to the baseboards, including all inside glass and mirrors, making or changing of beds, a detailed cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, and all floors vacuumed and mopped.

We handle all post construction cleanup, including the removal of all labels, stickers and seals, paint specks and drops, and every bit of saw and drywall dust from the tops of the cabinets, down to the floorboards inside all of the drawers and cabinets in between. We’ll even hit all the electric plate covers and the plumber’s putty from around the drain rims.

Fast, friendly, and fully functional, our Professional Cleaning Service is well renowned throughout the Asheville area. We are Living Wage certified and Woman-owned. Our team is up for every job, managing projects with the skill and experience our clients have come to expect. We always stand behind our work, with customer satisfaction being our #1 priority. You can feel safe and secure knowing we are fully bonded and insured and provide workers compensation. It is our practice to require a 2 hour minimum on all jobs. We mostly operate within a 15 mile radius of downtown Asheville. Jobs outside of this range are accepted but require a minimal gas surcharge. Our rates vary depending on the type of job. Residential maintenance and short term rental cleans are billed hourly at $65/hr. Move-in/out and deep cleanings are billed hourly at $85/hr. We have a 48 hour $35 cancellation policy.
